The law won't let me do anything since he is in the Netherlands.

This was sent to every single member here. First of all, this is of course not true. Let me explain.
Besides my software site, I am the owner and Administrator/Moderator of the largest internet site dedicated to the Pontiac Fiero on the internet (you can check out Fiero.com and Pennock's Fiero Forum). This makes me some kind of "celebrity" in those circles. With that status also comes that some people hate my guts - be it because of simple jealousy, or because oif the fact I'm dutch, or simply the fact they were banned from my forums for bad behavior. Some time ago a few of those people got together and created another site/forum for the Pontiac Fiero. They called it "pennockssucks". Later, the name changed, but the jest of the site remained the same. Most of the conversations going on there were about my Fiero site and me (specifically how we both "sucked"). Apparently, some people of that site found out what I do for a living - while that never has been a secret - and figured they would mess with my livelihood. So they spammed the forums (you can see they posted a link to their website in every single thread) and made up some bogus message about me having stolen the software and PM'd that to every single member here.
Again, this is of course not true.
My apologies you got caught up in this nonsense. I will clean up the forum shortly but right now I need to leave it "as-is" because of the legal action I'm planning to take against these persons.
